Delete your ScopeSign account

This page explains how to delete your ScopeSign account and the data associated with it. ScopeSign is operated by E-Marketing Solutions LLC, New York, NY.

From inside the app

  1. Open ScopeSign and go to You.
  2. Tap Delete my account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and its data are deleted.

By email

If you cannot access the app, email scopesignapp@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. Include your business name and the phone number on the account so we can verify it is you. We complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request.

What gets deleted

  • Your account, business name, email address, phone number and company logo
  • Your customers’ names and phone numbers as you entered them
  • Your change orders, line items, prices, photos and notes
  • Your drawn signature
  • Your signed PDFs and their audit trails
  • Your subscription record held by us (your Apple or Google subscription is cancelled separately in your app store account settings — deleting your ScopeSign account does not cancel billing)

What we keep, and why

  • Records we are required to keep by law, or to resolve a dispute, for as long as the law requires
  • Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot be traced back to you or your customers

Before you delete

Deleting individual items without deleting your account

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove data. Drafts and unsigned change orders can be deleted at any time from inside the app. Signed change orders are locked and cannot be edited, but you can ask us to delete specific ones by email.
